I have the 9" H-Rail installed behind the seat of my PA, and a pair on either side of the rear tank well. They worked out great, and come in very handy. I am not sure that the 9" would be wide enough to bridge the gap behind the seat of the Revo. I would probably suggest buying the 21" H-Rail and cutting it down if needed. The octagon tube is separate from the side mounts, so it would be easy to hack saw to the exact length you need, and it would end up looking perfect.

Here are some photos of mine on my PA.

Just measured a 2016 Revo 13 and it looks like the 21" H-Rail would mount behind your seat. No photos available though...we haven't done this to any of our kayaks here at Hobie Cat.

That's actually a good idea. After a long day offshore it's tricky to lift the rear of the revo to put in the wheels (especially with a loaded h-crate in the rear well) and requires another person to assist, but having a mid-ship handle like this could help a bit or at least give an option for leverage.

The H-Rail kits are intended as additional points to mount H-Rail accessories. I don't know that I would want to lift the kayak using either of the H-Rail kits. That is unless I greatly re-enforced the backing. Standard they just use bolts and washers.
