I use these waterproof heat shrink crimp connectors and then more heat shrink over top. I like the heat shrink that has the glue inside it's a little thicker. https://www.amazon.ca/SOLOOP-Waterproof-Insulated-Electrical-Connectors/dp/B015MO7RK4 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Thanks, but I need something that can be removed on a per trip basis. I need to remove the trolling motor for transport. |

Sorry misunderstood, I use this with my Minnkota on a PA. https://www.minnkotamotors.com/Products/MKR-18-PLUG-AND-RECEPTACLE/ They also have a plug without drilling a hole. https://www.minnkotamotors.com/Products/MKR-20-TROLLING-MOTOR-QUICK-CONNECT-PLUG/ Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

i bought a pack of these and they have worked pretty well, plus they were cheap! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VZO35QG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 EDIT: oops, just saw you wanted 10 gauge wire... for that i've used the delphi, but i can't find a link for the 10 awg ones: https://www.amazon.com/Delphi-Packard-Weatherpack-Pin-Terminal/dp/B005F8YSG4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1499009009&sr=8-1&keywords=waterproof+connector+delphi |
