Seat punctured hole in new outback????

Post subject:  Seat punctured hole in new outback????
So this happened to me over the weekend. Deployed the legs on the seat and as i went to sit down it punctured a hole. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Can't see the image, but certainly get a picture and info to your dealer to file a claim. This should not happen.
