noobie here , I just bought a slighty used 100% garage kept 2013 hobie oasis tandem with the optional sail kit. i took it out sailing and i love it. i am concerned that where the mast slips into the rotomolded hull is a weak spot, in wind the hull near the mast mount flexes a little bit. i really dont want to break my new toy. the yak is in amazing condition looks brand new just don't want to crack the mast mount and end my fun, any advice welcome

This post may be helpful. Suggest loosening and then tightening the mast receiver ensuring it is properly seated on the nub. My Oasis receiver does not move even with very high winds over-powering the sail.
