Fishing was ok.....but the winds made my trip. Went out on Christmas eve and found a slow bite with a few Speckled Trout, early in the day. Luckily the wind picked up and helped turn my fishing trip into more of a sailing adventure.

Is there any issues sailing a Pro Angler 14? I never see a picture of a PA with a sail and theres hardly any videos. Just trying to weigh out if its gonna be worth it to me. I don't plan on fishing while I'm sailing. More or less just getting to and coming back from spots that take a long time to get to.

A somewhat slow, but stable sailer, it's one of the easiest to sail. Moves well in a "hybrid" mode (combined sailing and pedaling).

Can be stowed along the side when not i use:

Nice video showing showing the PA in both hybrid and sail-only mode as well as how quickly and easily the furler operates! 8)

Nice vid. It sums it up nicely. It looked like it moves pretty good. Bout the same or faster than peddling. I'm just looking to use it after peddling 8 or 9 miles all day and sail back to shore when the wind picks up(and it usually does).
