Ive seen a suggestion to put a metal rod in the sail hole to lift yourself up for us bunky knee types Is it strong enough? Or would we be better off using the handle at the front ? |

That might somewhat depend on how much you weigh and if you have a head start, which is to say a vantage chair. |
