We have two new 2018 Revo 13's and want to install Sidekicks and go sailing. I know we will be using the well-nuts. (1) Should I use locktite or some other strong bonder in the hole I drill for the well nuts to help hold them in place? (2) I have heard people complaining about well nuts failing - if they became loose couldn't I just knock them out and remove and replace them very easily? Rigging for sailing (1) I want to run the mainsheet past the seat and turn it around on a pulley -so we are pulling it from the front not the back. Anybody have any pics (or advice) of their rigging that might be helpful? Thanks - Love these forums... Lots of people here seem to know their stuff! |

Well nuts are an expanding rubber plug. Tight enough and they don't leak. It the hole is drilled to large... they could slip. |
