I recently took my 2017 Hobie Oasis out with the sail kit. The sail well (polyethylene) bends and makes sailing impossible. It is very bad like more than 45 degrees and it seems like the polyethylene has lots is structural stability within the well. Here is a picture of it

Has anyone else had these issues? Should I seek help from Hobie (warranty)?

I have a 2016 Oasis and use the sail heavily but have not experienced the issue you describe. Sounds like the base of the mast receiver has slipped off the hull bottom protrusion that keeps it in position. See the third post in the forum topic below for how to fix.
