How main digits should a Tiger serial number have 12? 13?

The correct number is 12. Someone at the factory got carried away and added an extra 0 on my sterns making a 13 character vin.

Now I have a claim to fame mine goes to 13!

It is a European product, so not sure, but the US system should be something like
CCMA1234A919 (12)
