Post subject:  Fast and Fun in Kirkland this Saturday
:D Fast and Fun, a FREE outreach sailing program will be at Kirkland this Saturday, May 5, noon to 6:00 PM. We will be at the Kirkland downtown Marina Park. All are welcome, bring your friends, and take them out on our five Hobie Cat Waves from Sail Sand Point, and Hobie Kayaks. Dan Carpenter, our Hobie Cats Northwest Dealer has again brought back the popular Hobie Cat traveling Kayak Program, with all the models of Hobie Kayaks for us to take out.

Very fun event, Caleb. Wish I could be there. Will and I will be racing up to Pt. Townsend and back that weekend on the big boat.

Everyone else -- this is a VERY cool program Caleb and team run. It is an awesome chance to give back to the sport and Seattle community something that has given each of us so much. It is really cool to turn the people on to sailing and see it in their eyes.

Have fun...and go fast!!!!

:D Our Fast and Fun in Kirkland yesterday was a big success. We had over 100 new "Sailors" out on the water. Thanks to all the volunteers: Don and Shane Atchley, Mike and Hanna Hensel, Dave Wilder, Scott Ruggles, Mark Sele, and Jerry Valeske. Special thanks to our Hobie Dealer, Dan Carpenter, Hobie Cats Northwest for the help in herding our five Waves, and providing a complete line of all the Hobie Cat Kayaks for the people to try out. The new Adventure Island was a big hit.
