Open invitation to any and all nor cal and central cal sailors to the first annual Kennedy Cup Regatta at whiskeytown lake ,8 mi. west of redding ,on the weekend of Sept. 6-7.This race will be bound by 2005-2008 rules of sailing per U.S. Sailing Assoc.If your interested ,you can go to whiskeytownsailing.org for info or contact Mike Strahle (commodore) at 530 245-0964. I can tell you that they put on a great 44th an. whiskeytown regatta on this last memorial day weekend ,it was a blast even in the rain.I urge anyone interested to head up,the lake is very pretty and is setup somewhat like Huntington lake.hope to see some more Hobies up there. shawn ([email protected]) 82 H18 #8211 div 3 |
