| Post subject: | broken casting on Hobie 16 pylon |
I have a tramp with a broken corner casting. I have a spare complete tramp (from another H16 with trashed pontoons) with a cross and sidebars all still attached to the 4 corner castings. I would like to simply drop this complete and still laced tramp onto my 2 good pontoons. Problem is that I can only loosen 2 of the corner castings from their pylons on the trashed donor H16. Is there a safe way to separate these corners from the pylons? All 4 corners of the lame tramp with the broken corner came off easily. Any advice to a newbie greatly appreciated! ron |
