I just moved to LA from CT. I am 33 with 19 years experience racing Hobie's. Half that experience was skippering. 6" 190lbs. Looking to crew on a 16 A, Tiger, 20 or 18 for any division 2 regatta. I don't know of anyone off-hand but there's a regatta in Long Beach on Mememorial Day week-end where you might be able to establish some contacts. That's Saturday and Sunday at the Claremont Launch Ramp. Maybe I'll see you there. My boats name is Sciatica. David |

At 190 lbs, unless you get lucky and find a boat with e REALLY light skipper, you are probbably NOT going to get on a 16. At 185, I have even been turned down from crewing on a Tiger. Send me email and I can introduce you to someone who coordinates crew for allot of people, maybe we can find a Hobie or Inter 20 skipper who needs someone. my email address is [email protected] |
