I’m buying a Hobie and debating between a Wave and a Hobie 16. I have three questions: 1) Does the Wave need to be beach docked? Can it be moored? If beach docked, does anyone know a place in the general East Hampton area to dock during the season. 2) I don’t have room to store it at my house. Can anyone suggest a place to store it off season. 3) are there Hobie clubs or races in the Hamptons area? Appreciate any insights. Joe |

We do not recommend mooring catamarans of any kind. Up on a dock, float or beach is the go. Try Sail Action (Local Hobie dealer) for any local info. |
