At least Division 7 has their own domain (not linked) and the Hobie 20 NAC stuff is still available |

It would appear that the whole hobieclass.com site has lapsed. Our Divison 4 site can't be reached either... ![]() And we just started to put the website on our masts. ![]() |

The HCA website should be fixed soon. You can reach the online membership renewal site directly at: https://www.hcanamembers.com/ |

Looks pretty tacky if you ask me... |

yes it does not look very good, however remember this is a volunteer based organization. In the big picture I think those who run the class do a great job so please be patient while this slight mishap is corrected. |

Actually, it was something completely out of the HCA's control. Hobie Designs owns all the domain names and is responsible for renewing them. Even the International Hobie Class site is down. |

Brad, My friend and I were just saying the same thing about the volunteers. As I've gotten more involved this past year, I've become very aware of the fact that it's really being handled by just a handful of people. This came as a surprise, because I always envisioned an army of volunteers at every level. Hats off to the handful... ![]() |

I am not trying to negate the hours of time our volunteers put in to making the HCA a world Class organisation.. I was making my statement from the eyes of someone who might be a potential Hobie Class Member, the perception of seeing that we failed to renew our domain name since the 19th of May, is pretty tacky.. Perception overrules reality 99.9 percent of the time.. Hope this gets fixed soon.. |
