Wow, this forum category is not offten used. Maybe I can spring some life into it. Anyone scuba/spearfish from a Pro angler? I am going out Wednesday, July 9th, 2014, and give it a shot. (Weather and seas permitting). Will my Lowerance hold up if I capsize?
Dania Beach, second reef.

I dove off an outback last summer up here in New England. it was pretty easy to get back on going in from the rear. I kept my fins on to do a pivot kick and i launched right up. I had taken off my tank & weights already and clipped it off to the side. I would think a PA14 would be even easier. I have a PA14 down at my house that I just bought in the keys and I have only fished off of it. I will try diving off it next time i visit.
