I'm putting mine on this week and I'd like to see what works and what doesn't. BIG pictures please! I'm thinking 1 1/8" 1/8" wall 10-11' long supported by 3 main guy-wires ( 1 at each end of the dolphin striker, and 1 to the rear crossbar.) attached 8-9' and another pair (again to the far ends of the dolphin striker blade) about mid way up to prevent bowing. may go a entirely different way, dunno still open to ideas. |

Here's a pole I just built for my H18. It's similar in design to the "Solo Right" you can see in use on Youtube, only I'm using square aluminum tubing instead of an oar. (Note: I have yet to install the support lines)..... http://www.hobiecat.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=35586 |
