Can I my local dealer send my wing trampoline to Hobie (black mess made by Hobie) and have drink holders heat welded to fabric...or just have some canvas shop sew them on?

And at what cost for four drink holders?

Only four drink holders? maybe you mean 4 drink holders per side
A canvas shop sewed some can holders into my buddys Hobie 18 mag they look good and are functional black aftermarket mesh is what he has
however he only has one on each side but then again a hobie 18 is not a hobie 21 se

from an earlier post by Matt Miller....
heat welding only works on 'new and clean' fabric.
once contaminated, welding process will arc and burn holes.

Try a sail shop to sew drink holders
OR provide camelbacks to your crew

My wing covers are new (two years old is new to me) and still look brand new, very clean. They are off my wings and rolled up in my garage along with my three year old factory trampoline. The white mess tramp was found sit on a shelf at the Tackle Shack and the wing tramp was ordered from my local Hobie Dealer, Sailboats Inc.

So in my opinion the wings cover are in new condition. Should I just have a local canvas shop solve this issue or let Hobie work their magic? :D

We don't do "re-work" or repairs, so canvas shop...
