Anyone out there with the OEM lengths of the bridles, shrouds, diamond wires and forestay assembly? The bridle and stay assembly for the optional Jennaker would be helpful too. I understand they are the same as the H18 but would be nice to confirm that. Since there is no class racing for the SC I'm going with synthetic rigging from Colligo which I have on two trailerable monohulls and it works great! The original SS rigging that came with my boat has enough defects that I don't want to stand the rig with it to confirm they're correct and I have no idea if they're original or modified dimensions... Search hasn't turned up much on the SC. Running rigging size/length was easy to find! Thanks everyone. Tim Petoskey, MI |

It's posted on Hobie's web site, I'm sure it's legit. But it doesn't give any lengths for the 21SC. sm |

Shrouds and forestay are Hobie 18... Parts start with a "6". Bridles are custom as well as Diamond wires... H21SC Parts start with "36" The bridles have a cut length of 3.5' I can't find a finished length in the online info I have. |

Thanks, Matt. I'll go with what I got and adjust when I set the mast and sail this Spring. I appreciate you looking! Tim Petoskey MI |

Well, I stood the mast yesterday and with the system Matt devised it went really easy. I ended up just duplicating the rigging the boat came with because I was not able to put the rig up with the old rigging given it was in terrible shape with many broken strands in the wires. I'm noticing a lot of rake in the mast when up and the shrouds are 5 or 6 holes down in the adjusters and the forestay is nowhere near tight, easily slackened with the jib halyard. I'm almost tempted to pin the forestay to the jennaker attachment points further out at the tip of the hulls. This is my first Hobie so I thought I'd run it past you'all first. Thanks!
