Hi everybody! Rigging inspection just prior to mast raising revealed these toggles at the base of the port & starboard shrouds are bent.

Toggle Hobie part #31830001.

Can't find these anywhere. Does anybody have a lead on where I can buy 3 of these toggles?

Thanks!

Euro Marine was the supplier. Our system has some notes "714-1/4""

I think part 714 with 1/4" clevis holes. I could not find it on their site though.

Suncor Rigging Toggle
Pin Size: 1/4", Jaw Width: 0.26"
Working Load: 440 lbs
Material: 316 Stainless Steel
Item #: 608963006026 Brand:
Suncor Model #:
S0168-SS07

I found this part on the Defender Marine Outfitters site .

As I measured my part, the only difference seems to be that on the 21SE this toggle has a wider I.D. on the yoke measuring 5/16" and this Suncor part measures !/4" wide I.D.

Also the distance Hole to hole is 1.125" on my Hobie and Suncor stated this length at 1.01".....close enough? :?

Good luck.

440 lbs. doesn't sound like a high enough working load to me.

HAHA! Good LUCK at that price. I can buy an entire parts boat for not more than that.
