Hello all. I just bought a i11S this week after demoing it. Still waiting for it's arrival... I wanted to buy some sheet EVA foam deck pad (blue or yellow) to add to the front and rear of the boat. I wish Hobie had added a full length deck pad in this regard, or at least added decking to the storage areas under the bungees... I also got a Scotty glue on deck pad to attach the rear Scotty anchor mount. I bought Staybond adhesive for this application. Questions -- Does anyone know if the factory yellow deck pad is in fact EVA foam? It appears to be standard thickness EVA to me. What adhesive would you recommend to bond the new deck pad to the boat? Staybond, Clifton Hapalon, etc? Thanks! -Mack |
