question - what are all those little elastic loops on the bottom edge of the seat for? there's one in the middle of each crossbar. i can't for the life of me figure out what their purpose is...  |

These are part of the seat used when the legs are folded under the chair (for hard shell kayaks) Same seat is used in our rotomolded kayaks, with a different leg style.  |
