Hi Guys, I have damaged my I14T slightly by transporting it along a road using the wheels. A small section of the black rubber guard and yellow material on the bottom of the boat has worn away and exposed the stiching(?) underneath. There is no leak at the moment but I feel like I need to fix this before it gets worse. Does anybody have any idea how to fix this? I suppose I could find some similar rubber material and glue over the damaged section. This has occurred as I am quite tall and the rope on the handle is not long enough to prevent the back end rubbing on the road as I roll down to the beach from my house. I will remedy by adding longer rope. kind regards, Barry |

I'm well aware of the repair kit, just wondered if I need to replace the black rubber section and, if so, do I just glue some similar material in it's place? Will the glue from the repair kit work for this? regards, Barry |

The black thicker material on the stern is not a part we have for replacement, so Yes, glue something as reinforcement. |
