The starboard outer top panel seam has begun to delaminate and is leaking air pressure. What is the best way to patch a seam?

There are a ton of patching youtubes, I think the most detailed from the NRS channel. I think the Hobie channel has one or two but as I recall seem to be hobbled by the California ban on proper glue. From my limited experience of sealing a non-Hobie seam leak, I used one of my umpteen patch kits that predated the CA-compliant contact cement. Mine melted the 2 bladder and one deck pad together and allowed it to hold the substantial 10psi.

The powerful glues can still be ordered online as well as various pre-cleaners etc. They supposedly expire rapidly altho my expired stuff worked. I gather Hobie is made of PVC in case you look for compatible glues. The contact cement may work fine for patching a smooth surface, but good luck for a lumpy seam. I think I didn't end up even using a patch since it looked so solid. Be aware there are also liquids you can pour into the valve and slosh around as a last resort if you can't get rid of tiny pinhole leaks.
