| Post subject: | Performance of fins on pontoons over daggerboard? |
The warren light craft kayak/trimaran utilizes fins on the bottom of the pontoons instead of a daggerboard. Looking for speculation about the relative tradeoffs in boat performance of that design versus the AI's dagger. |

the only advantage i can see is if you were really pushing it and you had your main hull was out of the water. But i don't think you would really wanna push the AI to that extreme. |
