When I owned my Wind Rider 16 It had a great feature that I want on my I.A.T. There were 2 bars attached to the rudder that allowed me to sail standing or sitting, as well as while standing on the trampolines. It was great, not only standing after sitting so long, but also being able to see down into the water. How about it Hobie....  Max. |

The Tandem Island "TI" will have a fitting on the steering handles for the attachment of a "hiking stick". This will allow you to move further from the seat and still steer. While not for that purpose, it is conceivable that you could have a hiking stick long enough to steer while standing. |

I have not seen the actual handle yet. We will be making a fitting for hiking sticks and a specific one for the TI. We have many longer ones for cats. |
