I have searched this topic and found no mods to be able to control the dagger board from the rear seats. Im pretty sure there is a mod out there. Please point me in the right direction.

MrMako, at this year's Everglades Challenge, had the setup to lower/raise the centerboard from the rear seat shown here

I have a small rope loop at the end of the paddle. Loop around the centerboard knob to pull it back (down), just use the end of the paddle to push the knob forward to retract.

I like this set-up. How do you get it to lift out of the lock position?

I try to weigh the complexity of something against the actual benefit or savings in effort. For now, I just get up and move to the front of the rear cockpit to raise or lower the board.

I like this idea, here's a good example of it being done - http://www.seqic.com.au/hobie-adventure ... d-control/

Although, I'm with Tom K, I just get up when raising and lowering the centerboard. I'm usually up and moving around the boat anyways, so it's not too inconvenient for me.

You have to be a little more careful with that as the CB wont kick up on its own in a grounding with the cleat.. Maybe add a bungee in series with the line so that something will give?

Touayang84--too complex. This is a simple task. We have Tom Kirkman's and MrMako's solutions.

I teach soldiers how to fix and troubleshoot turbine engines. It's never too complex.

FYI the T55-GA-714, pictured, makes over 4000 shaft hp continuous at 100% N1

I've got you beat. Used to R/I F110-GE-129 engines in F-16's...they have 29,000 lbs of thrust...and an afterburner. Lol!
