These are odd descriptions for Hobie 18 rigging. Side stays (shrouds) are a single wire. There is no upper/lower. The Headstay/Forestay is two wires. Upper (short) includes the swivel for roller furling. The lower is long. There is no back stay on the Hobie 18. Parts guide: https://media.hobie.com/digital_assets/H18_Parts.pdf#page=3 |
