thinking about getting a TI and searching for places close to me to sail. Lake Ponchartrain is about 30 min away.

I'm picking up a red 2013 tandem model within the next 10-days - - and live in new orleans. plan on taking it for a shake-down spin in the lake. let me know if you get it and we can go tandem in the tandems!

I also have a place in Fort Walton Beach and will be taking it out there 6-8 times per year! Shannon

I use my TI in Lake Ponchartrain all the time. Been sailing there since I could swim. It's a very nice and forgiving place to sail. It is 629 square miles, so make sure you check for consistent onshore blows...wind driven waves often top 4-5ft!

PM if you guys want to get a flotilla together sometime
