| Post subject: | Lake Mead Trip with the AI |
I went sailing today, well mainly peddled on Lake Mead. I took off from the Launch ramp and went out to the Boulder Islands and back. It was about 4.5 miles and took me a hour round trip. My top speed was 5.7 mph and I averaged 13:26 per mile pace. Had a good work out just wish there was more wind.
