Has anyone used the FPV POWER motor mount with their Hobie Kayak to install a trolling motor? I have a tandem island I wanted to use it with and was interested in other people's experience with the mount. Thanks!

Interesting design. I've never seen that one before. I wonder if the prop will pivot up to hit the underside of the kayak if you bump into something?
