Do you need to be approved to post pics?
I just use the "Img" button above where you type your post.
Do you have the pics hosted someplace. Eg. Flickr or Photobucket ?
If so you just use the link from where the picture are hosted.

Here is a good link to upload your photos. You may have to resize them.

http://photobucket.com/

After you upload them you copy the 2'nd link and paste them in between
the Img tags on your post.

In other words... You can't post pictures by uploading them directly from your computer. You will need to:

1) Begin an account with an online "image host" (like photobucket, flickr, imageshack, etc).
2) Upload your photos/images into an online album.
3) Choose which photo/image you wish to share on the Hobie forum
4) Copy the photo/image URL (usually begins with "http://www..." and ends with ".jpg" or ".gif") Some hosts give you the URL address by clicking a tab,
...or sometimes you just need to "right click" the photo/image and choose "Copy Image Location"
...(Check the photo/image host's instructions.)
5) Insert the URL address into your message; highlight the URL, and click the "Img" button on the message toolbar.
...This will place the photo/image between two "codes". Example: [img]http:www.image.com/yourimagetitle/12345.jpg[/img]
6) Be sure you did it correctly by clicking the [Preview] button.
