Does anyone know why they wouldn't put it out this way as well as an island version?

Thanks

If you are looking for a tandem kayak without the sailing emphasis, I think the Oasis is what you'd want to consider. It is also less expensive than the Tandem Island if you want a stand alone kayak with a mirage drive. If you want the single, I think the Adventure would be what you'd want as my understanding is that is what the Adventure Island is without the amas, sail etc.
