I'm supposed to be picking my new ivory dune hobie ai on saturday from brookbank canoes u.k.
Apparently delivered in this country this week, but the dealer rang me yesterday to say they can't find my yak !!!
He tried hobie uk to no avail, also the couriers were clueless.
Thing is i'm also heading on holiday on saturday for 2.5 wks. this was meant to be a kayaking holiday, me my family and my new yak.
So i'm not off to a good start am i ???
If i don't get it in time for my holiday then it's not worth having it as i would'nt get much time to use it the rest of the year, so am wondering what changes are in store for the ai next year ? & would i be better off waiting for it.
Rant over, i'm off to bed now.

Oh now thats just bad luck!!! I guess the courier has found out how cool the AI really is and gone off for a test drive before saying where it is. Hope it finds you ASAP.

It could be bad luck for me also having paid my deposit and picking up my yella AI this Friday only to find out that a week or so later that there is some kind of cool introduction in the 2011 AI.
Still I'll get the benefit of some sailing in rather than waiting.

didn't get it !!!!
rang the dealer the last week of my hols. an he said they couldn't get it to me till the following week... so i cancelled it.
i'm really pee-d off .
so! is anyone letting slip any info about the 2011 ai? or am i gonna have to wait an see?

There's a new rudder handle. Other then that, it looks like you'll have to wait until September 1st.

I'm hoping for some Jib action and possibly a nose cone option.
