Just a minor grumble i have with this forum and yes feel free to call me picky ;) :P and I apologise if i am just being dumb and not seeing this in my profile settings, but would it be possible to change the setting so that when you click on a link it opens in a new tab, for me at least it just changes the tab your in to the page you have clicked on and more often than not you cant just click the back button to go back to the thread you were reading.

I know you can have this set up in the browser direct ( which i do ) but for some reason it doesn't work on this forum.

Thanks in advance for any advise.

In Mozilla and Explorer, you ought to be able to "right click" your mouse on the link, and have the option to "Open in New Tab" or "Open in New Window". Yes?

Sorry Matt - I answered, not knowing if you were back from China...

On the Mac, you just hold the "command" key while clicking. Should be a comparable key on the PC.

yes that is what i do at the moment and I know i am being very picky but this is the only forum i post on that doesnt do it automatically when you just simply click on the link, so i assumed it was just a simple click in the admin settings to change. either way im not fussed you can put it down to me having a quiet day in the office if you like ;)

There is no setting to allow the new window feature... it's an add on that our admin has beeen reluctant to load. I know, I have had the same comments since the last software upgrade.
