No reason he couldn't put an up wind sail on it. He could use the peddles or drop a center board in the drive slot. With 40 inches of width and flared beams, that boat should be pretty resistant to capsize and it should move along sharply. Very interesting concept - wish I was a better carpenter. Ted |
