First time I had tried using it with the AI... it made it 20 feet.
The T joints where the crossbar attaches.. you know the most critical part of the entire damn thing... PLASTIC!

I cannibalized the broken pitiful wreck. Removed crappy cross bar and plastic joints, and replaced them with a 15" 2x6, to keep everything straight I drilled a 1/4 hole longways down the center of the entire thing, through the uprights. and pounded in a nice sexy 1/4' solid steel rod. Capped the holes with goop, and added carpet.
