well it was a sad day at the boat-show.
they had three dealers that carry Hobie and not one had a 2015 Island or tandem Island to see.
That was the reason of me going there was to put my hands on one and probably put money on one .
But no . No-one had one there .
So for such a big event like this Hobie you missed the show .
NOT HAPPY NOT HAPPY AT ALL

We have a couple of boat shows in Omaha, Kansas City, and Des Moines here at the end of this month and beginning of February. I'm hoping to see a 2015 at one of those. I already ordered mine back in August, but it would be nice to see one in person.

I think Hobie is doing the best they can to get these boats out considering all the changes and the issues with the west coast ports.

It is my understanding that the first shipment of TIs went out this week.

Barring any shipping issues Jeff from Quest Watersports is planning on having 2015's, including the TI, next weekend at the Chicago Boat Show.

Callgeorge, Hobie are doing their best under some very difficult circumstances, be patient, the boats will come.

It is a tough decision regarding floor space. The Islands take up a LOT of room at a show. Dealers typically have many products to push and have to decide what makes the most sense for them.

Arghhh... My guess would be that either they needed to sell the 2014 or the 2015 arrived late.
