I'd like to put two TI's on a trailer side by side. Any recommendations for the trailer. Will the Trailex SUT-350-S work for this? |

I use a SUT-350-S for my single TI, can't imagine using it for two. With the TI upright and akas/amas folded in the amas sit over the wheels. The TI is roughly 4 feet wide folded in. Also, the SUT-350-S is only rated for a max of 350 lbs, so two TIs would probably exceed that, especially if you store any of the accessories in/on them. |

Hobie's version is called the "double double". It's a Trailex, but I haven't figured out what the base model is. It has a 550 lb capacity, so is definitely not the 350-S. 96" wide crossbars! |

The Hobie version is specific for the application and different from the base model. 38652201 TRAILER ALUM KAYAK DOUBLE DOUBLE 96" CROSS BAR (FITS TWO TI) Trailex stocks the trailers for us in OH, so shipping via FedEx from there to a Hobie dealer. Base is a SUT 450 |
