Enjoy! If you plan on registering, be sure to get the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin. I had to make a trip back to the dealer today to get it. I think they can print online from Hobie. Have fun! |

Yep. "Sorry, Hobie told us it was on the truck, but now Hobie says parts were backordered but they said its ready to ship now but we can't tell you when it will ship because the truck isn't full coming this way. Maybe it'll be soon." When is soon?, you ask, well no one knows. The dealer is blaming Hobie and Hobie says they didn't say it was on the truck. The whole blame game. Sad thing is, I drove 75 miles and took a day off of work to pick it up. Of coarse they told me I could get a full refund. What am I going to do with a refund, order another one from another dealer and have to start all over? Wait another three months? So far, the dealer and Hobie customer service hasn't impressed me. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if they hadn't told me that it's coming and I wouldn't have lost time from work. Haha, they did say that maybe I could get a hat for my trouble. I said, how about a few pfd's or a few hundred discount. He didn't like that but I think it's appropriate. |

Mine was arranged to be on the April truck 3 months ago. I'm saying I had been told mine would be on the April truck. Didn't happen! I was also told I could get a full refund, like that makes it all better. We both have a trailer now that we can show off in the next local parade. You lost a day of work and that is time and money, thats is a big deal. To me it is a big deal the TI isn't here. It is also a big deal how long it takes for them to get them here. You would think when they drop the ball, instead of sitting around with their finger in their mouths saying OPPS! it should be, We are all on this to get them to you by________ date? Fill in the Blank. Treated like Mushrooms....kept in the dark and feed sh....t! Sam |
