I am very fortunate in that there are several boat trailer repair shops in my area, All of them have been most helpful when I needed suggestions/parts for the trailer and or the boat. In fact, one offered to make bunks for my TI out of aluminum and put a protective covering on them for less than $100! They seem to like getting odd ball requests from not traditional boat owners. Suggest you look for a local repair person to see if they have parts or ideas for you. |

Thanks for the suggestions. I should have also mentioned that the GENESIS trailer has 3" Tongue |
