Bought an AI from him this year, with a trailer. He promised a title for the trailer but never followed through. Now he is ignoring my emails and phone calls. If any of you have contact with him please help me out. Let him know he is now 8 months late getting the title to me. Thanks Randy |

I don't know Yakman but if I did I would give him an ear full. Yakman make this right. Bad karma stays with you. Lesson for all of us. The title needs to be delivered when the cash is. |

Yes it is a real pita. I held back 200 for the title. He gave me a cert of origin from the trailer manufacturer, but then messed up the paperwork so I could not use it. My bad, should have insisted on the title before giving him the money. Thought I could trust a fellow Hobie sailor. Never had a raw deal from one before. Hopefully seeing this on the forum will motivate him to do the right thing. |
