After lusting for the TI for a few years I finally have one ordered! My wife gave me the go ahead for an Ivory Dune TI! It will be on the Feb shipment. I'm in Atlanta and will be on Lake Lanier as much as I can this year. We also go down to the Ft Myers area twice a year to visit family. I feel like a kid waiting Christmas! Paul Links |

Congrats on the new TI! I have a lot of family in the Atlanta area. Maybe we can get together for a sail one day. |

Welcome to the "club." I live on Lake Lanier and exercise my AI and TI on a regular basis. If you ever need company, just let me know! Yakmandu |

Yakmandu, Once I get it and start getting used to it I'll let you know. I built a Northern Tool trailer yesterday and I'm planning to have a friend weld a longer tongue. Now I'm just anxiously reading every thread, watching every video and pacing like an expectant father for my new baby. |

Hello. May I ask which vendor/store you ordered your TI from? I live in Alabama and I was considering ordering one in the near future. Thank you! |

My baby was delivered to my dealer today! Picking it up Saturday. And the forecast is calling for 65 degrees and 8mph winds on Saturday.... Not ideal, but I'll take it! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I would highly recommend Outside World. They have stores in Dawsonville and Columbus (GA). Their staff is great. I have purchased a TI and AI from them, not to mention too many kayaks and accessories! Yakmandu (Watertribe) |

I ordered mine through Outside World. I live really close to Go With the Flow in Roswell GA. Both are great shops and I've purchased boats from each of them now. I went with Outside World because they were at the boat show that I was at. My daughter had a volleyball tournament at the same venue as the boat show (Atlanta World Congress Center) between her matches I would walk down to the boat show. They had a boat show special so I went with them. |

I picked up by boat today! The forecast was calling for 68 degrees with 6-8mph. It turned out to be overcast, grey, rained a little and there was little to no wind. At one point I hit 5.8mph with sail power only. So most of my ground was covered with the Mirage Drive with a little extra drive push from the wind. I covered 8.5 miles. A friend of mine came out with his Precision 185 daysailor. He puttered around a bit then put his boat back on his trailer, then hopped into my front seat. I love the new seat, but its not comfortable with my PFD. I need to look for a new PFD. I was grinning ear to ear the entire time. I am hoping to go down to Ft Myers area at the end of the month. This is my 1st attempt at posting pics here.. Hopefully this works. https://www.strava.com/activities/498282152 I used the 4x8 trailer + privacy lattice method that others have posted here. ![]() Putting everything together... ![]() Still poking around the parking lot.. ![]() ![]() I knew that it would be a tight fit in the garage... ![]() No air to speak of. ![]() Time to go home. ![]() |

North Georgia has many lakes. We have sailed our TI on Allatoona, Carters, Blue Ridge, Nottely, Chatuge, Burton, Lanier and Zwerner. The mountain scenery to the north of Lanier is breath taking. I'm just saying... /Robin |
