The product I've used in the past with great success is West Systems 655K gflex epoxy. It's for plastic boats. Amazon has it and I believe West marine stores also carry the product. I would also recommend to use a little fiberglass cloth for added strength. There aren't many products that work on this type of plastic but if you follow directions carefully, you will have success in fixing your hole. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk |

I would weld it with a heat gun with a small end on it. I fill all kinds of holes and deeper scratches on my boat all the time. |

You should put in a warranty claim with Hobie. They are usually pretty understanding of holes below the waterline. Keith |
