| Post subject: | MSO --- How to fill out ? |
Long story short. Bought Hobie AI used, no bill of sale of course. I cannot register in California I guess without that info, true? Luckily I have MSO, I don't know the dealer this AI bought from nor the seller. This is the second page of MSO. How do I fill the "First Assignment" and "Second Assignment" ?

Normally the MSO is just between the factory and the dealer. Then the dealer registers... and there is no longer an MSO. I would ask the DMV what they need. |

Update so anyone might find it useful later on. I got it registered this morning. I only used first page of MSO and DMV application. No question asked from DMV. |
