I had the same thought a few years ago. I found some boat storage yards would do it, but seemed mostly interested in long term storage. The local sailing club offered to allow us storage just outside their gate on a road somewhat out of the way - too dark - too risky. All the public parking lots do not allow trailers, unless they've changed their policy. We ended up deciding it was too much trouble, too long a trail and just not worth the effort.

You might possibly try the following........good luck

City Marina at Garrison Bight = 305/809-3981

Garrison Bight Marina - 305/294-3093

3D Boatyard - 305/294- 0808

bill

ps: If you go think about going ........buy a ticket to sail on America 2.0......really cool
if you like Conch - got to visit Alabama Jacks at the top of the Keys - a little out of the way but worth it.

I'm jealous

I wish I could help you out as I just picked up a TI last week and live in KW. In no way can I suggest it legal or completely safe, but I really don't think anyone would mess with it on Steven Ave. I live down the street and see boondockers and trailers parked there with regularity.

If you make it down here, we should go sailing though.

Yea parking down there is a pain, that’s on reason we often put the TI on our suv roof, (sometimes for weeks at a time).
When we did take our trailer along, we could fortunately park it in our driveway overnight.
We always launch either at Higgs beach, take the boat down from the roof in the parking lot then roll it to the water, but that’s a royal pain.
With our trailer along we always launch at the ramp next to higgs beach, (near the vietnam memorial, next to that building). We then park the truck in the vietnam memorial parking lot, (right across the road).
Then dis-connect the trailer and shove it next to the car, (in the grass next to the tree). We did that hundreds of times over the years, nobody ever said anything, (it was still free parking last time we were there last yr).
The other launch we used was at the end of simonton st, but if you don’t have motors, I wouldn’t launch there, ( the current is fierce there), plus no free parking nearby.
We don’t like launching on the west side, (near the hobie club), because it too far from anything interesting, the channels are too narrow to sail, and it gets pretty busy with boat traffic.
We had dual engines on our TI, with a hundred mile range, (yea it was very fast), so the typical great distances down there were not a problem for us.
Hope this helps
