I ordered a new sail for my Dune TI and through a bit of carelessness partially on my part, got the sail from the 2015 yellow hull. The new sail I just received is the Tandem Island 2015 breeze that was sold with the discontinued yellow boats. The sail that I wanted (for my dune boat) is the Tandem Island V2 Bahama. You can see the two different sails in the link below and the somewhat similar colors - and why things got mixed up. https://westcoastsailing.net/parts/hobi ... and/sails/ I am wondering what "V2" means. Is it ONLY a color change or was there also some improvement made to the sail cut. I have a dune (grey) hull... and could probably live with the color version that came with the discontinued yellow hull. But if there was a sail cut change, Im going to go through the hassle to get the new V2 sail. |

I believe it is just the change of sail colors from the earlier boats to the latest. |

The V2 is when we changed the TI hull and added CT seats. The sail was cut a bit higher in the foot to give more head room due to the potentially higher seat positions. |
