Hi all,
Just a quick heads up about intensity sails @ http://www.intensitysails.com/.
I purchased a sail from them for my 2018 AI after confirming with them it would fit. Well it turns out it is for a pre 2015 and since I opened the packaging- no return :? . I had read a few reviews that said they were a little abrasive, but I didn't expect this. If anyone wants to see the full email chain to decide for themselves before they deal with them just let me know.
Steve

Too late for refusing or return to sender as it was opened. Sorry.

Hi Jim,
How do I return it without incuring more shipping costs.

So you were supposed to know that they sent you the wrong sail (that they assured you would fit) without opening the package?

Dispute the charge with your credit card company maybe?

If you gave them the year of your TI and they told you it would fit, then it's their fault.

Agreed, dispute the charge with your credit card company and ask again for a full refund.

Ill be disputing the charges through the cc company. I just wanted to save someone else the hassle of dealing with them.
