Hey Guys, I've been out of the game for a few years do to some new additions to the family! Trying to dust off the old AI and was curious with all the new hobie technology, is it possible to retrofit them into a older AI? (Mirage drive, sails, etc) thanks guys! |

You can use any MirageDrive in this boat. You would have to cut off the alignment pins included in newer drives as your boat would not have the molded slots for them. There is no sail upgrade. Nothing else about the newest Islands would work on the 2010 model. |

Ok awesome, so the new 180/360 mirage drives will have no issues dropping in into the standard slot? |
