| Post subject: | 2010 Tandem Island rudder upgrade |
New to the forum. I purchased a used TI at the beginning of the summer. I have been unhappy with the twist and stow rudder and have had lines brake at the pulley twice. I was told that Hobie offered an upgrade years ago. Does anyone know it this is still in effect? Is the newer rudder stabler in heavier winds. The twist and stow get hard to turn in winds over 10 mph. |
